Who can book

Seats are booked by a parent or legal guardian for a child aged 7–13. By booking you confirm you are that parent or guardian and that you agree to these terms.

What you get

Five live 60-minute online sessions in a group of no more than six children, led by an instructor, plus a playable link to the game your child builds. Sessions run on Google Meet; the link is emailed to the parent before the first session.

Prices and payment

The full price is $199 US dollars: a $49 deposit to hold the seat and $150 due before session one. All prices are in US dollars, so if your card or bank uses another currency your provider converts the amount and may add its own fee. Payments are taken by Stripe and you receive a Stripe receipt by email.

Refunds

If the first session isn't right for your child, tell us within seven days of that session and we refund everything you have paid. After that, the remaining sessions can be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you need to stop. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within ten business days.

Missed sessions and cancellations

If your child misses a session we will do our best to fit them into another group or catch them up, but we cannot refund single missed sessions. If we ever have to cancel a session, we reschedule it or refund it.

Behaviour and safety

Sessions are small and friendly. We ask children to be kind to each other and to keep personal details out of the chat. We can remove a child from a session for behaviour that upsets others, and will always talk to you first where we can.

What your child makes

The games your child creates belong to your family. With your permission we may show a game on this site as an example of student work; you can ask us to take it down at any time.

What we can't promise

We provide the sessions with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee a particular learning outcome, and we are not responsible for problems with your own internet connection or device. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your state or province.
